Order Processing and Shipping Overview

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Order Processing Time

The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

For orders placed and successfully paid before 18:00 (6:00 PM) on a business day, processing time will begin on the same day.

For orders placed after 18:00 (6:00 PM), processing time will begin on the next business day.

If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.

Shipping Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 days. Delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as carrier operations.

Shipping Area

At this time, we only ship within France.

Shipping Fees

For orders with a total value below €79, a shipping fee of €7.99 will be applied.

For orders with a total value of €79 or more, free shipping is provided.

You may track your order at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order.

After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified.
